How it works

Three steps to your first print.

  1. 01

    Install the agent

    One command on the machine the printer is attached to. It handles drivers and the local spooler, and holds an outbound connection open. No inbound ports, no static IP, no VPN.

  2. 02

    Register the printer

    The agent reports every printer the OS can see. Each one gets a stable ID and is addressable through the API within seconds.

  3. 03

    Send jobs

    POST a file URL or a base64 payload from anywhere. Poll the job or take a webhook until it clears the spooler.

  • REST API

    JSON over HTTPS, bearer auth, predictable errors. No SDK required, though there is one if you want it.

  • Works with existing printers

    USB, network, thermal, laser, label. If the operating system can print to it, the API can too.

  • Real-time job status

    Every job moves through queued, sent and printed. Read it back over the API or take it as a webhook.

  • Multiple printers per account

    Register as many as you need and address each by ID. One agent can serve every printer on a machine.

  • Cross-platform agent

    Windows, macOS, Linux and Raspberry Pi. A small static binary with no runtime dependencies.

Watch throughput by hour, see which printers are online, and follow a job from queued to printed. Everything here is also available over the API.
